Feature: Verano Residence

Set on the hills of Chaweng Noi, and offering some of the best
seaviews Koh Samui has to offer, with sweeping views of
Chaweng bay and Koh Phangan, Verano Residence is one of the
most exciting developments on the island at the moment.

Less than 1km from the entrance of the residence is the stunning Chaweng
Noi beach and all main amenities such as restaurants, international
schools, international hospitals, Central Festival shopping mall, are
less than 10 minutes away, making Verano Residence perfectly
located for investors.

After the quick success of Phase 1, Verano Residence launched Phase 2 in May 2016. The architect has still
kept in mind the natural aspect of the residence and managed to integrate the villas in the beautiful surrounding
mountains. While the concept remains similar, there have been some changes made in the layout for example
by extending the living room areas and the outdoors to make it even more spacious and enjoyable to live in.
2 types of villas are available on Phase 2 with the access to be either at
the back of the property or in the front. Each villa has its own 2 vehicle
private carpark, attached to a laundry and storage room. On the main floor
there is a large open plan living, dining and fully fitted kitchen area with
direct access to a large covered terrace and infinity swimming pool. There
is also a guest toilet and a storage area on the main floor. The access to
the top floor is an impressive 2m wide staircase, there you will find 3 large
bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms and private balconies. In total, it’s
nearly a stunning 400sq.m of living area at the disposition of each owner.

And not forgetting that every room in each villa has that stunning sea view!

The infrastructure is second to none. While
some developers choose to maximize their land
by building as many villas as possible, Verano
Residence made the choice to offer their investors
large 8 metre wide roads and to give each villa
at least 650 sq.m of private land. On top of that,
infrastructure such as underground 3 phase
electricity and fibre optic internet are onsite. While
water can be an issue on the island, the residence
has completed 4 deep wells with 2 water storage
tanks of 150 cubic meters each to prevent any issue
with water supply. Furthermore, each villa has its
own private water tank.

So far, owners at Verano come from all horizons:
China, Thailand, England, Australia, Hong Kong,
South Africa, Singapore with approximately 50% of
them having chosen Verano to be their permanent

4 Villas have now been completed on Phase 1,
with owners enjoying their dream properties. The
remaining 2 villas of Phase 1 will be completed by
the end of December 2016 and are already sold out.

All the villas of Phase 2 are now under construction,
with the first villa to be completed by March 2017.
